The Family Resource Advisor will be responsible to meet with all families requesting basic needs support, completing a brief assessment, and determining what supports and resources can be provided to the family. They will also ensure that families are connected to ongoing services as needed and at times will provide short-term coaching support to ensure families have all their needs met. We are hiring for both Mini Thni and Eden Valley.

The Family Coach will provide direct one to one support for families to help build family capacity and resilience. They will help parents to learn new parenting skills, support their child’s healthy development and connect to helpful ongoing resources. This position is based in Mini Thni, Alberta.

The Program Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of all family programs offered within the community. They will provide day to day oversight of all programs to ensure that they are staffed and have the supplies they need to offer supports and services to families. We are hiring for both the Mini Thni and Eden Valley communities.
