Calgary Alpha house Society

The Calgary Alpha House Society is a non-profit, charitable agency that provides safe and caring environments for individuals whose lives are affected by alcohol and other drug dependencies. Alpha House was established in 1981 as a place of safety for men and women who are struggling with addictions, as well as mental and physical health issues. Our continuum of programs helps connect these individuals with multiple levels of support such as outreach programs, a shelter program, a detox program, and a housing program with case management support. The volunteer program includes both corporate and individual support.
