Reporting to the COO, the Director of Programs leads CIWA’s client services, aligning operations with strategic priorities. This role focuses on program development, quality delivery, community relations, personnel management, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. In collaboration with the leadership team, the Director ensures needs are addressed, improvements made, and compliance with grant agreements maintained.
