The Social Enterprise Lead will lead the Social Enterprise Team and work collaboratively with the Workshops Lead. The Social Enterprise Lead will be responsible for informing and executing the organization’s social enterprise strategy and implementation; managing the Social Enterprise Team and working collaboratively with the Workshops Team to align sales with capacity to deliver; and balance social enterprise activities with social impact objectives of the organization.

The Research Coordinator supports development and maintenance of the CMHA AB + CSP knowledge collection, translation, and mobilization. The Research Coordinator will aid in conducting environmental scans, program inventories, needs assessments and other related research and stakeholder engagement. The Research Coordinator will assist in completion of literature & database searches and help with secondary research by reviewing and synthesizing some of the collected research and policy issues.
