Summary

The Case Management Coordinator (CMC) for Calgary Community Court plays a key role in the delivery of services to participants of CCC. Reporting directly to the Managing Counsel, Homeless Outreach and Community Court programs, the CMC serves as a main point of contact for both participants and community service providers and aims to support participants in the management and completion of their wellness plans.

Description

The Case Management Coordinator (CMC) for Calgary Community Court plays a key role in the delivery of services to participants of CCC.  Reporting directly to the Managing Counsel, Homeless Outreach and Community Court programs, the CMC serves as a main point of contact for both participants and community service providers and aims to support participants in the management and completion of their wellness plans. The position also provides operational support to the CCC program including coordination functions, maintaining documentation and program evaluation activities. 

This is a regular full-time position working 35 hours per week.  Operating as part of an integrated program team, this role combines quality participant service and efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Successful candidates are skilled in developing trusted relationships with participants and community partners as well as experience working with diverse participants who are experiencing vulnerable circumstances.
