We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Manager, Programs & Impact to help shape the future of our programs and deepen our impact across the communities we serve.
About the Role

As Manager, Programs & Impact, you'll work closely with program coordinators, facilitators, leadership, and community partners to ensure our youth programs are effective, sustainable, and continuously evolving to meet community needs.
You'll play a key role in strengthening program quality, supporting staff development, embedding evaluation and learning practices, and identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
What You'll Do
Lead Program Strategy & Impact

  • Analyze program outcomes, participant feedback, and community needs to identify opportunities for greater impact.
  • Assess program effectiveness, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
  • Support organizational planning and portfolio growth discussions.
  • Help shape future program directions and impact strategies.

Drive Innovation & Growth

  • Identify emerging community needs and opportunities.
  • Pilot and scale new initiatives and program models.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts and support organizational change.
  • Make strategic recommendations to leadership and the Board.

Strengthen Evaluation & Learning

  • Build and maintain monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems.
  • Develop dashboards, reporting processes, KPIs, and outcome measurement frameworks.
  • Ensure participant feedback and program data inform decision-making and improvements.
  • Foster a culture of learning and accountability across the organization.

Support and Develop Program Teams

  • Mentor and coach program coordinators and facilitators.
  • Support staff development, onboarding, training, and performance growth.
  • Help ensure program quality, consistency, and alignment with organizational values.
  • Guide planning and resource allocation across program areas.

Build Collaboration Across the Organization

  • Connect teams, programs, and partners to strengthen participant pathways and organizational impact.
  • Collaborate with leadership, fundraising, operations, and board committees on strategic priorities.
  • Foster strong communication, collaboration, and shared learning across the organization.

Who You Are
You're a relationship-builder, systems thinker, and community-minded leader who thrives in purpose-driven environments. You can zoom out to think strategically while staying connected to the realities of program delivery and participant experience.
You bring:

  • Experience in youth programming, nonprofit leadership, education, recreation, community development, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting and developing staff, facilitators, or program teams.
  • Experience developing systems, onboarding programs, training practices, or operational processes is considered an asset.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with program evaluation, reporting, and impact measurement.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A passion for continuous improvement and organizational learning.
  • Comfort navigating growth, change, and evolving priorities.
