Position- Marketing and Events Coordinator

About Helping Families

Cancer families are scared, uncertain, angry, putting on a brave face, grabbing onto hope, and trying to do everything they can to put one foot in front of the other. Our small grassroots charity is passionate about easing the financial burden as parents care for their child with cancer.

Founded in 2008, we work alongside pediatric oncology social workers to provide financial support to the families who need it most. We’re active across Alberta and Saskatchewan, have helped over 2,000 families, and given over $1.7 million dollars in support.
