The Position – Program Manager
 
The Program Manager leads a team of Program Supervisors, Family and Program Therapists and Program Staff. 
This position is primarily responsible for the management of program and service delivery of the organization, including direct services to clients, the development and support of Enviros business; acting as a liaison with the contractor/funder employees, and clients; maintaining program standards; providing ongoing support and training to the staff teams; and managing administrative tasks.
The Program Manager is a key part of the agency management team, which includes the Chief Executive Officer, Director of Services Service Managers and Administrative Managers. In the absence of the Director of Services, as a member of the management team, the program manager may be called upon to be directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization.
The Program Manager must follow and actively support all Enviros’ policies and procedures, health and safety protocols, legislative protocols, and provide support as needed so that accreditation standards are met. 
 
Qualifications/Experience
 
•Undergraduate/ Graduate Degree in a related field; or 3 years of related experience; or a combination of both
•Extensive Youth and Child Care Administrative experience
•Three to five years of experience in supervisory positions
•Clinical counseling experience an asset
•Experience with experiential learning, strength-based practice and working in Group Care programs 
•Wilderness programming experience is an asset
•CPR and First Aid Certification 
•Current Criminal Record Check (with Vulnerable Search) and Intervention Record Check
