We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as part-time Social Experience Guides. This position is ideal for someone who values hard work through meaningful connections and supporting neurodivergent community members in their social journeys.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Facilitate social and recreational activities in our various programs (AAFSter School, LAAFS, Adult, and Summer programs, etc.).
  • Create safe spaces for social exploration and relationship building.
  • Contribute to program planning and development.
  • Support participants in developing social thinking and life skills.
  • Ultimately, we want you to experience the fun along with our members.

Location:

  • Calgary, Alberta, from our South Clubhouse: 8228 MacLeod Trail SE, Unit 220
Qualifications: 
  • Must be 18+ years old.
  • Preference will be given to those with:
    • A valid Class 5 Alberta driver’s licence with a clean record 
    • 3 years of uninterrupted vehicle insurance and no at-fault accidents.
  • Currently enrolled in a human service course or degree stream; this role is ideal for your work experience!
  • Clean Police Check with Vulnerable Sector Search and Intervention Record Check..
  • Evening and weekend availibilitty
