Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will provide visionary, strategic, andoperational leadership across all aspects of the Foundation. Serving as both chief executive and chiefambassador, this leader will advance the strategic plan, oversee sound financial and organizationalstewardship, grow BCF’s philanthropic assets and permanent endowments, and strengthen its role asa trusted community institution.
