Calgary Legal Guidance Society

The Legal Assistant plays a key role in communicating with clients and supporting the Immigration Program Team in the provision of services to clients in the program. Reporting directly to the Managing Counsel, the Legal Assistant serves as the first point of contact for clients, providing updates and answering inquiries. The position also provides administrative support, prepares documentation and maintains documentation, administrative and client management systems.
