Epilepsy Support Worker

This is a front-line facing role with the Association accountable for the delivery of: information counselling and referrals, registered programs, peer support programming, and epilepsy education. The Epilepsy Support Worker (ESW) focuses on program efficacy and accountability by creating and maintaining client files, liaising with referring professionals, and assisting in the collection and organization of service data and statistics to inform program delivery and monitoring.
