Reporting to the Vice President, Governance & Human Resources, this role advances Calgary Foundation’s vision by strengthening and standardizing volunteer engagement. The Volunteer Program Associate leads the full volunteer lifecycle -from recruitment and onboarding to training, engagement, recognition, renewal, and offboarding - building clear processes and shared standards that improve consistency, reduce administrative burden, enhance volunteer readiness, and support succession.
