Donor Grants Administrator

Reporting to the Director, Donor Stewardship, this position primarily supports the team’s donor stewardship activities. This includes processing and administration of Donor Advised grants, interfacing with grantees, generating database reports, and providing administrative support to the Donor Relations Team. The position also supports backup grants processing for others, as needed. The ideal candidate is flexible, organized, detail-oriented, diplomatic, and an effective communicator.

Communications Coordinator

This position is the primary contact and lead executor for internal, external, and online events. Additionally, this role collaborates with team members as a communications generalist. Responsibilities include designing and delivering content for various communication channels (digital and print), providing support to the organization's public sponsorships and partnerships, as well as building and nurturing connections with the broader Calgary charitable and nonprofit communities.
