Calgary Catholic Immigration Society (CCIS) is a nonprofit organization that provides settlement and integration services to all immigrants and refugees in Southern Alberta. Since our inception in 1981, we have been a community leader with solid experience in the design and delivery of comprehensive services for our newest neighbours. We deliver these services through a dynamic multi-cultural, multi-denominational and multi-disciplinary team of professionals, who collectively speak over 60 languages.

Operations Manager
Reporting to the CEO, the Operations Manager provides strategic leadership to strengthen organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This role oversees operational systems, business planning, budgeting, reporting, and risk management while ensuring consistent practices across divisions and locations. Working closely with senior leaders, the Operations Manager leads quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives to support long-term organizational success.
Client Support Worker for Temporary Foreign Workers (TFW)
Client Support Worker for Temporary Foreign Workers (TFWs) to support the settlement, integration, and well-being of migrant workers and their families in Banff, Canmore, and the wider Bow Valley. Duties include providing support services individually or in groups; advocating for their rights; delivering group information sessions; and building connections between TFWs and the community.
