In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating access and response within the CEP at Safe Communities Opportunity and Resource Centre (SORCe). As the first point of contact for the Coordinated Access and Assessment (CAA) housing check-in line and CAA Mobile requests from community and system partners, you will play a key role in connecting people to the right supports at the right time.
