In this role, you'll help shape branch-level programming with a strong client-first mindset—adapting and launching activities that meet evolving community needs. Reporting to the Branch Supervisor, you’ll empower volunteers during food hamper distribution and facilitate warehouse activities such as inventory control, receiving, and restocking, ensuring smooth, efficient operations that keep our services running reliably and responsively.

The Branch Associates will be at the heart of both client service and warehouse operations — ensuring a welcoming, respectful experience while supporting deliveries, stocking, and safety. Reporting into the Branch Supervisor, you’ll support client intake, guide volunteers during food hamper distribution, and help create a smooth, efficient space where teamwork and care come together.
