Family Counsellor

As a member of the Adoption Kinship Counselling team, the Family Counsellor will support children, youth, and families by providing guidance and stabilization throughout the adoption and kinship process.

Elder Friendly Facilitator

The Elder Friendly Facilitator is responsible for developing, facilitating, and evaluating meaningful opportunities that enhance social connections for older adults, reduce social isolation, and create sustainable, elder-friendly communities in Calgary. This role involves community engagement, outreach, program coordination, and strong facilitation skills.

Outreach Worker

The Older Adult Stabilization and Crisis Outreach Team (OASCOT) Outreach Worker plays a vital role in Calgary’s Crisis Response System by providing wraparound support to older adults (55+) at elevated risk. The goal is to reduce their involvement with the Calgary Police Service or mobile crisis teams by connecting them to appropriate services that promote stability, economic self-sufficiency, and healthy aging in the community.
