Started as a true grassroots initiative, 2023 marks RESET Societyâs 34th year of providing a lifeline for women wanting to exit sexual exploitation. RESET provides a unique program that includes immediate, safe, rapid exit housing, recovery-based Life-Skills programming, and 24/7 comprehensive individualized support to women and girls 16 and older fleeing sexual exploitation and sex trafficking from across Canada. RESET programming enables girls, women, and their children, to stabilize, heal, reconnect, and not only exit sexual exploitation and sex trafficking but to also positively and completely rebuild their lives.

EXIT Program Key Worker (counseling position)
Through one-on-one intensive case management, the EXIT (EXploitation, Intervention and Transition) Program at RESET supports women as young as 16, with or without children, as they exit from sexual exploitation. RESET provides immediate and safe supportive housing allowing women to stabilize and begin the process of healing, and supports each woman’s progress through transitional housing to independent living as the women graduate through the EXIT Program.
