Our regional programs are located in Strathmore, Lethbridge, Fort McMurray, Grande Prairie, Cold Lake/Lac La Biche. We have more than 600 dedicated employees. Commitment to high-risk adolescents, challenged with some very tough issues, is not easy. These are the times when our frontline workers spring into action. Clinician – Community Group Care
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Clinician to join our Community Group Care Programs. These out-of-home care programs provide safe, supportive, and structured living environments for children who require developmentally responsive treatment within a structured 24/7 milieu. These programs focus on meeting day-to-day needs, promoting stability, supporting healthy relationships, helping children and young people build skills that contribute to their overall well-being.
Clinician – TCBC
Wood’s Homes is seeking a skilled, adaptable, and creative Clinician to join our Therapeutic Campus Based Care (TCBC) program. This role supports youth whose needs extend beyond traditional office-based service models and requires a clinician who can respond effectively in dynamic, real-world environments. As a member of a multidisciplinary team, the Clinician provides direct therapeutic services while collaborating closely with youth, families, caregivers, frontline staff, schools, healthcare.
Clinician – School-Based Mental Health Program
Wood’s Homes is seeking a skilled and collaborative Clinician to join the William Taylor Learning Centre School-Based Mental Health Program. Working in partnership with the Calgary Board of Education, you will support children, youth, and families within a dynamic learning environment where education and mental health treatment come together. This role is ideal for a graduate-level clinical professional who values relationship-based practice, interdisciplinary teamwork, and creative approaches.

After Hours Team Leader – TCBC
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of one program or department. The Team Leader will demonstrate due diligence in being exceptional in the delivery of high-quality services and in meeting the requirements of the Health and Safety Management System at Wood’s Homes.
