Besa Global: ADMINISTRATION AND COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

Working in a mission-driven international development organization, this multi-faceted role is central to the operations of the organisation. As a young entity, we need an experienced, proactive, detailed-oriented, highly organised person who is also comfortable with communications platforms e.g. Linkedin, Wix. The role will start on-site but could move to hybrid in time. FT; but for the right person 4 dys/week with an adjusted salary is poss. ONLY complete applications will be considered.

Grants & Fund Development Administrator

The Grants & Fund Development Administrator plays a crucial role in advancing the mission of EMI Canada by coordinating and executing all organizational grant applications and grant management. Under the direction of the Development Director, this role includes prospect research, proposal writing, ongoing grant administration, and maintaining relationships with granting organizations.

Operations Manager

The Operations Manager advances EMI Canada’s goals by overseeing the provision of effective services and systems that support the entire organization. These include financial administration and reporting, records management, HR administration, office services and technologies, frontline reception, policy development, and general administrative support for staff and Board of Directors. The role will be a good fit for an organized, proactive individual who will thrive in a small but busy team.
