Reporting to the Vice President, Grants & Community Initiatives, you will advance the Vision and Mission of Calgary Foundation by participating in a broad range of Calgary Foundation grantmaking activities. The core responsibility of the position is relationship building with community organizations while providing ongoing research and analytical support to the current Community Grants Program, which is the Foundation’s primary unrestricted grants program.

The Childcare Facility Chef plans, prepares, and serves nutritious, age-appropriate meals that meet dietary guidelines and accommodate allergies and cultural needs. The Chef maintains a safe, clean kitchen and works with the childcare team to support children’s well-being.

The Manager Communications & Marketing will oversee CIWA’s communication strategies, marketing campaigns, fundraising campaigns, and public engagement initiatives. The Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing CIWA’s visibility through storytelling and building relationships with community stakeholders. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to ensure consistency in branding and alignment with CIWA’s mission.

The Director of Programs provides strategic and operational leadership for all CIWA programs, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission to support immigrant women and their families. Reporting to the COO, this role oversees program departments, collaborates with the leadership team, and ensures services meet community needs and funder expectations.
