Reporting to the Director, Regulatory Affairs and Government Relations, the Professional Standards Assistant is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the CPHR designation process. This role works on the Professional Standards Team to provide service and guidance to members with regard to membership, exams, coursework assessment and other programs.

As the Leader, Equity & Innovation, you will report to the Manager, Strategy, Planning, Innovation & Equity, in the Recreation & Social Programs (R&SP) Business Unit. You will lead a team of Strategists and subject matter experts responsible for developing and implementing strategies, plans and initiatives to promote Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB), Reconciliation and Anti-Racism for the business unit.
