This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping how donors experience, understand, and invest in Calgary Public Library. This is a pivotal time to join the Foundation, as the Library prepares to launch a new strategic plan with ambitious goals for the future. Reporting to the CEO and serving on the Executive Team, this role leads a five-person team.

This role is responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding a portfolio of major gift donors and prospects, with a primary focus on gifts of $10,000+. The role is relationship-driven and outcomes-focused, contributing significantly to annual fundraising, campaign goals, and long-term philanthropic growth. You will be an integral part of the Fund Development team, reporting into the Director of Philanthropy.
