Program Supervisor – Youth Worker

BGC Foothills Clubs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Supervisor – Youth Worker to join our team. As the Program Supervisor – Youth Worker, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our Diamond Valley Youth Program. (This position is located in Diamond Valley, Alberta)

Stakeholder Relations Coordinator

Seeking a highly motivated, experienced and creative individual who is passionate about contemporary art. As Stakeholder Relations Coordinator, you will support Kiyooka Ohe Arts Centre Society (KOAC), a non-profit arts centre and sculpture park in Springbank, Calgary, AB, on a part-time, flexible basis to coordinate the fundraising and stakeholder development efforts.

Facilitators/Trainers – Pathways Project

Oskapewis (Cultural) Facilitator

This position involves spearheading the “Honoring Our Lost Spirits” initiative: a collaborative effort between Miskanawah and the Elizabeth Fry Society of Calgary, aimed at creating a culturally responsive support program for the survivors and families affected by missing and murdered Indigenous women, girls, men, boys, and two-spirit people.


This position is responsible for providing direct services (including childcare, menu development, and food prep with the women’s participation, recreational activities, and supportive case management-related activities in a residential setting for women 16 years and over), who are in immediate need for stabilization and recovery from sexual exploitation and addiction.

Youth Cultural Support Worker

The Youth Support Worker, under the direction of the Diamond Willow Youth Lodge Team Lead, will act as an advocate for client groups within the community. This position will collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate client care and support in consultation with individuals and their families.

Crisis Support Worker – RAYS

The RAYS Crisis Worker provides short-term, after-hours crisis response and support to youth and families involved with Alberta’s Children’s Services. The Crisis Worker works collaboratively with Southern Alberta Children Intervention Services to provide support for , but not limited to, childcare and/or one to one support, the transportation of children and youth between placements or upon apprehension, behavioural management, hospital supervision, and suicide and self-harm monitoring.

Youth Lodge Keeper (Part-time – 0.5 FTE)

The Youth Lodge Keeper integrates traditional Indigenous teachings with Western evidenced-based practice to engage youth who may be gang-involved or at risk for gang involvement. This position coordinates and facilitates cultural programs and ceremonies for youth through consultation with other Miskanawah programs and their team. The Youth Lodge Keeper will work in a team environment, contribute to healing and wellness, support land-based learning, and provide program development and delivery.
