The Director of Operations & Impact is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), responsible for advancing organizational effectiveness, strategic execution, operational sustainability, and organizational impact across Radiance Family Society.

Indigenous Home Visitors provide home-based support to Indigenous families and families who are connected with Indigenous Culture with children newborn to age six and pregnant mothers, in order to promote healthy child development, caregiver capacity-building, family resilience and community connections.

Team-Lead Youth Development & Resiliency supports programs serving Indigenous youth (ages 12–24) by coordinating services, supporting staff, and ensuring the delivery of culturally responsive, youth-centered programming. This role works closely with youth, families, Elders, schools, and community partners to foster resilience, cultural connection, leadership development, and overall well-being while helping create safe, inclusive, and supportive environments for youth to thrive.

The Youth Resiliency Coordinator provides culturally responsive, strengths-based support to Indigenous youth ages 12-24 through mentorship, advocacy, life skills development, cultural programming, and community connections. This role fosters safe, inclusive environments that empower youth to build resilience, strengthen their cultural identity, and achieve their personal goals.

Ka-pe-kiwehtahat (“bringing them home” in Cree) is an Indigenous-led housing diversion program that supports Indigenous youth, families, and adults experiencing housing instability. Through short-term case management, the program helps relatives secure stable housing while fostering connection to culture, community, and wellness.

The Caregiver Wellness Facilitator is intensive, relationship-based support to caregivers of children and youth (0–18) experiencing complex challenges that affect parenting capacity, family stability, and overall well-being.
