Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations and risk management, IT logistics, and related reporting at FearIsNotLove. This role ensures that facilities are maintained at a high standard while identifying cost efficiencies and implementing effective operations management strategies. This is a non-union role working 35 hours per week.

Provincial Youth Justice Committee Volunteer and Community Engagement Coordinator

A Provincial Youth Justice Committee (YJC) Volunteer and Community Engagement Coordinator is required to support Youth Justice Committees across Alberta with volunteer management and community awareness and engagement. The Coordinator will help YJC’s with volunteer recruitment and onboarding as well as ensure they have access to training, best practices, and resources to fulfill their role. The Coordinator will also increase awareness about YJC’s through events, presentations, etc.
