About Us:
CP Kids & Families is a grassroots charitable organization dedicated to supporting children and youth with cerebral palsy and other physical disabilities. For over 75 years, we've walked alongside families offering adapted recreation, family support, and essential equipment. We're growing our reach—and we need someone who can help us share our impact and bring new energy to our community efforts.

Create compelling content, manage social channels, and grow our online community through authentic engagement and scheduled campaigns.

Special Events & Campaigns:
Assist in planning, promoting, and executing community events, fundraisers, and awareness campaigns (like our 75th Anniversary Celebration!).
-
Grants & Fund Development:
Support grant writing, reporting, and proposal preparation to secure funding and tell the story of our impact with accuracy and heart.
-
Community Engagement:
Help build relationships with donors, families, media, and partners through strong communication and thoughtful outreach.
What We’re Looking For:
-
Proven experience in social media, event planning, or grant writing (bonus if you’ve done all three!)
-
Excellent writing and editing skills
-
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
-
Creative thinker and problem-solver
-
A genuine passion for supporting families and individuals living with disabilities
-
Graphic design and Canva experience is an asset
-
Knowledge of Office 365, Constant Contact or grant databases a plus
Why Join Us?
