This position has a focus on Generalist duties and the social and recreational needs of our members. We are looking for someone who can help to champion the day-to-day functions of the organization as well as to encourage having fun to balance life.
This position works days, evenings, and Saturday shifts weekly as needed.
Generalist Responsibilities:
- Support and help to create a supportive therapeutic environment which promotes recovery and rehabilitation for our Clubhouse members
- Work side-by-side with Clubhouse members to support core Clubhouse operations
- Generate member engagement in the work-ordered d
- Assume a leadership role in ensuring positive outcomes in members’ lives including offering support in multiple areas of functioning and healthy living
- Help members to identify and use community resources that promote their well-being, independence, satisfaction, and self-sufficiency
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Compile statistics and complete data reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (In process) in a human services field
- At least 2 years’ experience in supporting adults with serious mental health needs. Equivalencies will be considered.

Requirements:
- Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Recent Criminal Record Check with vulnerable sector
