The Association of Alberta Sexual Assault Services (AASAS) is seeking a relationship-oriented and results-driven individual to fill the position of Manager of Programs and Initiatives. Reporting to, and working in close collaboration with, the Co-Chief Executive Officers, the Manager of Programs and Initiatives oversees the coordination and implementation of AASAS’s programs, initiatives, and special projects.
The Executive Administration Assistant position is a 1-year full-time role with CPAWS Southern Alberta with the possibility of extension. Reporting to the Finance and Operations Director and Executive Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily chapter operations. This is a vital position for ensuring the functioning of the Southern Alberta chapter and supporting staff to achieve the organization’s strategic goals.
This role is responsible for coordinating and supporting our food security initiatives to ensure that community members have reliable access to food through the organization’s programs and partnerships. This role oversees the day-to-day coordination of food-related programs; supervises, trains, and supports volunteers involved in food distribution and food rescue efforts; and maintains relationships with community partners and donors who support the organization’s food security initiatives.
