Silvera Board Service Advisory Subcommittee- Expert Volunteer Members Wanted

Silvera is seeking experienced and visionary professionals to join our Service Advisory Sub-Committee as we advance a 10 year service strategy focused on holistic aging in place, community-integrated wellness, and innovative models of support for older adults. We are inviting applications from leaders, geriatricians, practitioners, and researchers who bring deep expertise in one or more areas of gerontology.

VOLUNTEER PROGRAM ASSOCIATE

Reporting to the Vice President, Governance & Human Resources, this role advances Calgary Foundation’s vision by strengthening and standardizing volunteer engagement. The Volunteer Program Associate leads the full volunteer lifecycle -from recruitment and onboarding to training, engagement, recognition, renewal, and offboarding – building clear processes and shared standards that improve consistency, reduce administrative burden, enhance volunteer readiness, and support succession.

Cultural Services Coordinator

The Cultural Services Coordinator provides cultural leadership, supervision, and coordination of program delivery within the Whitehorn Family Connections project (permanent naming of site TBD), a 52-unit supportive housing program.

Registrar

The Registrar supports delivery of CMHA AB + CSP workshops and office support. The Registrar is often a first point of contact for the public to support their access to our education offerings. We are looking to fill two positions that work closely together, with one covering mornings and the other covering afternoons. This position requires someone with strong communication, a positive attitude, self-motivated, flexible and willing to work constructively in a team environment.

Marketing and Fund Development Coordinator

The Marketing & Fund Development Coordinator plays a key role in bringing CPAA’s story to life through impactful communications, creative campaigns, and meaningful donor engagement. This role supports marketing, public awareness, and fundraising initiatives while collaborating across teams to strengthen community connections and advance CPAA’s mission.

Akak’stiman Implementation Lead (Lodge Keeper)

Reporting to the Director, Akak’stiman, the Akak’stiman Implementation Lead (Lodge Keeper) will co-design, support and implement United Way’s Akak’stiman Strategy within the context of the Directional Document priority action areas. The role will use the approach of paralleling Western and Indigenous ways and practices rather than mixing them together to avoid confusion and to maintain integrity of both ways.
