Accounts Payable/Administration Assistance

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Accounts Payable / Administration Clerk to join our team at Inn from the Cold. This role is directly responsible for performing data entry and related duties in disbursing non-payroll accounts payable to individuals, suppliers, corporations, and other entities. This includes filing, maintaining and updating financial spreadsheets and performing other administrative duties of the finance department.

General Warehouse Worker

We are currently recruiting five (one full-time and four part-time) community-minded, team-oriented individuals to join our Logistics and Inventory department as General Warehouse Workers. At the Calgary Food Bank, General Warehouse Workers support and maintain the operations of the warehouse through the receiving, shipping, and handling of goods.

Emergency Food Hamper Program Coordinator

This position is responsible for supporting the growth of the Emergency Food Hamper at the Calgary Food Bank. This includes support of programs within the food hamper department including program planning and reporting, agency communication and onboarding, scheduling of specific programs, and support of the food hamper call center.
