Indigenous Home Visitors provide home-based support to Indigenous families and families who are connected with Indigenous Culture with children newborn to age six and pregnant mothers, in order to promote healthy child development, caregiver capacity-building, family resilience and community connections.

The Community Outreach Peacebuilder is a relational, community-based role that promotes safety, dignity, and peace at the MCC Thrift Shop in Lethbridge. The Peacebuilder serves as a calm, compassionate, and visible presence among volunteers, customers, and community members, particularly those experiencing homelessness, addiction, poverty, mental health challenges, or crisis. Rather than functioning as a security guard, the Community Outreach Peacebuilder responds through relationship-building

General Manager Calgary Thrift Shop

The General Manager for the thrift store oversees all daily retail and warehouse operations, production management, staff/volunteer management, donation processing, inventory control, and financial performance. This role functions as the senior on-site authority and is accountable for operational decision-making required to ensure safe, effective, and mission-aligned thrift store operations. The General Manager provides strong leadership in a competitive and fast-past environment.

Tenancy Coordinator

To provide exceptional tenancy support and building coordination that helps create safe, stable, and supportive homes for Trellis tenants. The Tenancy Coordinator combines property management responsibilities with a people-centered approach, ensuring tenants feel respected, supported, and connected throughout their housing journey.This position is a 37.5-hour work week, Monday to Friday, 5 PM – 1 AM.

Indigenous Youth Program Facilitator (Full-Time)

The word Iiyika’kimaat, which means “to try hard” in Blackfoot, was gifted to the agency after consultation with elders. The Iiyika’kimaat program provides Indigenous youth, aged 12-21 years, an opportunity to reach their full potential through culturally relevant and leadership-specific components and activities.This position is 37.5 hours a week and requires a flexible schedule including some weekends and evenings to meet youth and community needs.
