We are a small but mighty market garden and culture-forward community farm. Our work weaves together local food production, newcomer communities, and Indigenous teachings to grow nutrient-dense food and belonging.

CCIS is seeking an attentive and dynamic Summer Program Lead (Bilingual) to join our team at the Land of Dreams, a pioneering urban farming initiative dedicated to regenerative agriculture, community building, and environmental sustainability. This role is pivotal in leading and supporting ongoing English and French summer programming, in collaboration with key mentors, facilitators, and the community of participants and volunteers. The ideal candidate is between 19 and 30 years old.

The Maintenance Coordinator is a “hands-on” operations role that will provide care for our properties and manage ongoing facility management, maintenance needs and occasional renovation projects. We have a 5,500 sq ft multi-use office space plus multiple scattered housing units located throughout the city of Calgary.
