Home Visitor – Contract to December 31, 2026 (with the possibility of becoming permanent)

Home Visitors provide home-based support to Indigenous families and families who are connected with Indigenous culture with children newborn to age six and pregnant mothers, in order to promote healthy child development, caregiver capacity-building, family resilience and community connections.
