Cultural Services Coordinator

The Cultural Services Coordinator provides cultural leadership, supervision, and coordination of program delivery within the Whitehorn Family Connections project (permanent naming of site TBD), a 52-unit supportive housing program.

Registrar

The Registrar supports delivery of CMHA AB + CSP workshops and office support. The Registrar is often a first point of contact for the public to support their access to our education offerings. We are looking to fill two positions that work closely together, with one covering mornings and the other covering afternoons. This position requires someone with strong communication, a positive attitude, self-motivated, flexible and willing to work constructively in a team environment.

Child Support Worker – Part Time Evenings

The Children’s Cottage Society, established in Calgary in 1986, provides crisis nursery, community respite, and family support programs to more than 3,500 children a year. Mental Health Worker–Social Recreation Focus

We are seeking a Mental Health Worker (Social Recreation). This position will primarily support social recreation activities on Wednesday and Friday (4 to 8:30 pm) and daytimes on Saturday and statutory holidays. Some weekday work is available but is not required. This position has a focus on social and recreational activities. We are looking for someone who can champion fun and innovative activities that offer great opportunities for members to connect, learn, explore, contribute and enjoy.

Marketing and Fund Development Coordinator

The Marketing & Fund Development Coordinator plays a key role in bringing CPAA’s story to life through impactful communications, creative campaigns, and meaningful donor engagement. This role supports marketing, public awareness, and fundraising initiatives while collaborating across teams to strengthen community connections and advance CPAA’s mission.

Community Connections Coordinator

The Community Connections Coordinator is fully responsible for facilitating programs including Neighbour Night and Sip n’ Chat, and supporting other community-based programs. The Community Connections Coordinator works collaboratively with program participants and volunteers to shape the delivery of programs with a focus on offering programs that are inclusive, welcoming, safe and relevant for the people involved.

MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

The Maintenance Coordinator is a “hands-on” operations role that will provide care for our properties and manage ongoing facility management, maintenance needs and occasional renovation projects. We have a 5,500 sq ft multi-use office space plus multiple scattered housing units located throughout the city of Calgary.
