This role supports consistent, high-quality services across WINS locations and uses community needs, participant feedback, and program data to strengthen outcomes for women and families.

Program Coordinator, Building Belonging

As the Program Coordinator, Building Belonging, you will play a key role in delivering inclusive programs and supports for 2SLGBTQ+ youth and their natural supports across Alberta. You will manage relationships with Family Resource Network (FRN) agencies, facilitate programs, provide individual support and systems navigation, and build the capacity of community partners to provide 2SLGBTQ+ inclusive services.

Payroll & People Operations Specialist

The Payroll & People Operations Specialist reports to the Director, People and Culture. This role is responsible for furthering the strategic goals of the People & Culture function by ensuring that core pay and benefits processes are running efficiently, accurately and promptly. This position is responsible for payroll, benefits administration (including disability management), onboarding, offboarding, and HR policy implementation.

General Manager Calgary Thrift Shop

The General Manager for the thrift store oversees all daily retail and warehouse operations, production management, staff/volunteer management, donation processing, inventory control, and financial performance. This role functions as the senior on-site authority and is accountable for operational decision-making required to ensure safe, effective, and mission-aligned thrift store operations. The General Manager provides strong leadership in a competitive and fast-past environment.
