Program Manager – Post Discharge Transition & Supportive Living Group Homes

Reporting to the Director, Operations – Housing, Outreach and Support Services, this role is also responsible for contributing to the strategic planning related to existing and future programs. We work together in support of women’s personal goals, lifelong resilience, leadership and self-confidence.The Case Worker is responsible for directly supporting participants establish and reach their goals and completing tasks associated with daily operations.

Court Coordinator

Reporting to the Manager of Victim Services, the Court Coordinator provides front-line support to children, youth and families coming through the Luna Child and Youth Advocacy Centre who have been impacted by child abuse and going through the criminal court process.

Rural Mental Health Lead

Reporting to the Program Director and utilizing a collaborative management approach, this one-year maternity leave position is responsible for the guidance and success of the Rural Mental Health project. This includes developing relationships with communities, guiding the staff team in the implementation of grant objectives, grant reporting, fiscal accountability, coordination of contracted services, and organizational alignment.
