Marketing and Fund Development Coordinator

The Marketing & Fund Development Coordinator plays a key role in bringing CPAA’s story to life through impactful communications, creative campaigns, and meaningful donor engagement. This role supports marketing, public awareness, and fundraising initiatives while collaborating across teams to strengthen community connections and advance CPAA’s mission.

Community Connections Coordinator

The Community Connections Coordinator is fully responsible for facilitating programs including Neighbour Night and Sip n’ Chat, and supporting other community-based programs. The Community Connections Coordinator works collaboratively with program participants and volunteers to shape the delivery of programs with a focus on offering programs that are inclusive, welcoming, safe and relevant for the people involved.

MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

The Maintenance Coordinator is a “hands-on” operations role that will provide care for our properties and manage ongoing facility management, maintenance needs and occasional renovation projects. We have a 5,500 sq ft multi-use office space plus multiple scattered housing units located throughout the city of Calgary.

Housing Support Worker – Strengthening Home Fires

The Housing Support worker is responsible for supporting and planning with up to a case load of 13-15 youth to assist them in maintaining the stability of their housing, addressing risk factors and building on their strengths to ensure successful community integration, over a period of time.

Housing Support Worker (Ka-pe-kiwehtahat)

Housing Support Workers walk alongside those in the community experiencing homelessness or housing instability, providing short-term (0-3 months), case management.

Dementia Support Navigator – Registered Social Worker

Alzheimer Calgary is a trusted ally, striving to increase the capacity of people with dementia, their families and formal and informal care partners by connecting them with exceptional quality, evidenced-based knowledge and services. Reporting to the Director of Programs, the Dementia Support Navigator (RSW) will provide practical and emotional support for persons impacted by dementia.

Akak’stiman Implementation Lead (Lodge Keeper)

Reporting to the Director, Akak’stiman, the Akak’stiman Implementation Lead (Lodge Keeper) will co-design, support and implement United Way’s Akak’stiman Strategy within the context of the Directional Document priority action areas. The role will use the approach of paralleling Western and Indigenous ways and practices rather than mixing them together to avoid confusion and to maintain integrity of both ways.

Strategic Policy and Knowledge Mobilization Lead

Reporting to the Co-Chief Executive Officers, the Strategic Policy and Knowledge Mobilization Lead will be responsible for coordinating province-wide data collection, evaluation, and impact communications efforts, transforming shared information into clear evidence of impact, and understanding, shaping, and influencing the policies that affect sexual violence and trauma-specific services.

Manager of Programs & Initiatives

The Association of Alberta Sexual Assault Services (AASAS) is seeking a relationship-oriented and results-driven individual to fill the position of Manager of Programs and Initiatives. Reporting to, and working in close collaboration with, the Co-Chief Executive Officers, the Manager of Programs and Initiatives oversees the coordination and implementation of AASAS’s programs, initiatives, and special projects.
