As a member of Carya’s Families in Community team, the Family & Community Facilitator supports families with children aged 0–6 by fostering connections, strengthening parenting skills and relationships, and deepening understanding of early childhood development. This full-time position works in partnership with the Program Manager to organize, coordinate and deliver effective Integrated English Language Training (IELT) programs to newcomers as part of their social, cultural, and economic integration into Canada.
Reporting to the Manager of Victim Services and Integrated Practice, the Family Support Coordinator will provide support to families coming to the Luna Child and Youth Advocacy Centre (LCYAC) with information and resources through the entire disclosure and investigative processes
