The Operations Manager is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations and risk management, IT logistics, and related reporting at FearIsNotLove. This role ensures that facilities are maintained at a high standard while identifying cost efficiencies and implementing effective operations management strategies. This is a non-union role working 35 hours per week.
