Intake & Assessment Counsellor

As a member of the Counselling Services Department on the Older Adult and Family Counselling team, you will provide client-directed support to individuals, couples, and families that include a family member aged 55 or older, delivering services within the context of their community.

Helpline Counsellor (Full-time, Monday – Friday 3pm – 11pm)

Join our Client Services Program as a Helpline Counsellor and make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve. We’re currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated counsellors to fill a full-time, unionized position, working from Monday – Friday 3pm – 11pm.

Coordinator, Financial Coaching

The Financial Coaching Program Coordinator supports a team of Financial Coaches who work with low-income parents with cognitive disabilities. This part-time role provides essential coordination, communication, and administrative support to ensure services are accessible, responsive, and centered on each individual’s goals and needs.

Coordinator, Community Engagement

The Coordinator, Community Engagement is essential to bringing NPC’s engagement strategy to life. Reporting to the Director, Sector Development & Engagement, you will lead the administrative and logistical coordination of member activities, province-wide convenings, and capacity-building initiatives. This role is focused on operational excellence and responsive service, ensuring our activities are organized, accessible, and valuable to our members.
