Crisis Counsellor

The Crisis Counsellor reports to the Clinical Services Manager and provides brief crisis counselling services to individuals, couples, and families, while supporting intake, assessment, and service planning activities. This role offers the opportunity to combine clinical expertise with compassionate care to help individuals navigate difficult times and access meaningful support.

Helpline Counsellor (Full-time, Sunday – Wednesday 9am-6:45pm)

The word Iiyika’kimaat, which means “to try hard” in Blackfoot, was gifted to the agency after consultation with elders. The Iiyika’kimaat program provides Indigenous youth, aged 12-21 years, an opportunity to reach their full potential through culturally relevant and leadership-specific components and activities.This position is 37.5 hours a week and requires a flexible schedule including some weekends and evenings to meet youth and community needs.
