Play Therapist

Executive Director

The Executive Director reports to a governance Board, has 2 Director-level direct reports, and leads a team of 7 multidisciplinary staff members. The Parent-Infant Relationship Practitioner works with parents to strengthen caregiver capacity though interventions/treatments that support the child’s primary caregiving relationship. Parents learn and practice skills that support infant mental health and increase their ability to engage in responsive, caring and nurturing relationships with their child(ren).

Executive Advisor & Office Manager

We are recruiting a full-time executive advisor and office manager to join our team. This position is responsible for strategic and administrative support for the President and CEO and the board of directors, as well as managing the wellbeing of our office in downtown Calgary.

People and Culture Manager

The People and Culture Manager will report to the Director of People and Culture and be part of an 11-person P&C team. This leadership role has four direct reports, including two P&C Generalists, one P&C Specialist, and a P&C Administrator. This is a special opportunity for a knowledgeable and confident Human Resources leader who has extensive experience in employee relations and a proven ability to develop and lead a dedicated team of P&C professionals.
