Shelter Care Specialist – Relief

General Warehouse Worker

We are currently recruiting five (one full-time and four part-time) community-minded, team-oriented individuals to join our Logistics and Inventory department as General Warehouse Workers. At the Calgary Food Bank, General Warehouse Workers support and maintain the operations of the warehouse through the receiving, shipping, and handling of goods.

Client Services Assistant – Client Intake

We are currently recruiting two part-time (Morning & Afternoon) community-minded individuals to join our Client Services department as a Client Services Assistant – Client Intake. This part time CS Assistant – Client Intake position supports the client intake process from both phone and web booked client requests. Supporting call center volunteers, monitoring external hamper requests submitted by partner agencies and clients directly, and responding to agencies’ support requests.

Emergency Food Hamper Program Coordinator

This position is responsible for supporting the growth of the Emergency Food Hamper at the Calgary Food Bank. This includes support of programs within the food hamper department including program planning and reporting, agency communication and onboarding, scheduling of specific programs, and support of the food hamper call center. The EFH Program Coordinator is responsible for program development and quality control within an assigned field of expertise.

Program Manager – Live in Program (1-year term position with potential for extension)

The Position – Program ManagerThe Program Manager leads a team of Program Supervisors, Family and Program Therapists and Program Staff. This position is primarily responsible for the management of program and service delivery of the organization, including direct services to clients, the development and support of Enviros business; acting as a liaison with the contractor/funder employees, and clients; maintaining program standards; providing ongoing support and training to the staff teams;
