SMILES Childcare Chef

The Childcare Facility Chef plans, prepares, and serves nutritious, age-appropriate meals that meet dietary guidelines and accommodate allergies and cultural needs. The Chef maintains a safe, clean kitchen and works with the childcare team to support children’s well-being.

Manager Communications & Marketing

The Manager Communications & Marketing will oversee CIWA’s communication strategies, marketing campaigns, fundraising campaigns, and public engagement initiatives. The Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing CIWA’s visibility through storytelling and building relationships with community stakeholders. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to ensure consistency in branding and alignment with CIWA’s mission.

Director of Programs

The Director of Programs provides strategic and operational leadership for all CIWA programs, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission to support immigrant women and their families. Reporting to the COO, this role oversees program departments, collaborates with the leadership team, and ensures services meet community needs and funder expectations.

Manager, Youth Programs

As a Manager with the Centre for Sexuality, you will oversee a team of professionals who deliver programs aligned with our vision, mission, values, and strategic directions. You will plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate programs, projects, and services to meet established goals and budget requirements, ensuring we meet the needs of our clients. You will collaborate with leadership to develop strategies, manage resources, and build relationships with stakeholders to enhance community impact.

Director, People & Culture

The Director of People & Culture reports to the CEO and is a member of the 5-person senior leadership team. This role oversees a Payroll and Benefits Specialist, DEIA Lead, and is supported by an active Human Resources volunteer. The ideal candidate will offer strategic insight into talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee well-being, total rewards, policies, governance, and employee relations, while also being hands-on and collaborative in daily operations.

Executive Director

The Executive Director reports to a governance Board, has 2 Director-level direct reports, and leads a team of 7 multidisciplinary staff members. This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role. It is well suited to someone who brings the skills and enthusiasm to transition the organization into a new era. Youth Central has an enthusiastic and supportive board and you will have the opportunity to work with them to develop and begin executing on a new, growth-oriented strategic plan.
