Family Support Worker, Homeless Emergency Response (HER) Project

As part of this one-year pilot initiative, Family Support Workers offer direct support to families experiencing homelessness, ensuring smooth daily operations of an innovative hotel stay project. Using a trauma-informed, and family-centered approach, FSWs assist families in navigating hotel stays, including conducting program orientation and communicating expectations, as well as providing essential needs such as food, clothing, hygiene products, and other supplies.

Outreach & Housing Case Manager, Homeless Emergency Response (HER) Project

Inn from the Cold (The INN) is seeking passionate and committed Outreach & Housing Case Managers to support families in crisis through the Homeless Emergency Response (HER) Project. As part of this one-year pilot initiative, Case Managers will support up to 20 families as they transition from homelessness to stable housing, utilizing a hotel-stay model for temporary shelter. Family Support Worker – Emma House

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Family Support Worker to join our team at Emma House. Family Emma House Support workers (FSW) work at our Emma House location with expectant mothers or mothers whom have recently given birth, and are experiencing homelessness. FSW’s provide emotional support, basic needs support for mothers and babies during their stay at Emma House and work collaboratively with Case Managers and other program staff.

Learning & Development Trainer

We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join Wood’s Homes as a Learning & Development (L&D) Trainer on a 3-year contract. This role is the ‘face’ of Wood’s Homes to all new hires as you oversee our 3-week internal onboarding program called The Woods Homes Academy.
