The Director, Programs & Strategy will join a 2-woman leadership team, reporting directly to the Executive Director. The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering impactful programming, developing and advancing policy initiatives, contributing to strategic direction, and fostering meaningful stakeholder partnerships.

Parent-Infant Relationship Practitioner

The Parent-Infant Relationship Practitioner works with parents to strengthen caregiver capacity though interventions/treatments that support the child’s primary caregiving relationship. Parents learn and practice skills that support infant mental health and increase their ability to engage in responsive, caring and nurturing relationships with their child(ren).

CEP Peer Engagement Specialist

The Peer Engagement Specialist is a vital part of our Communication Hub team. In this role, you will use your own lived experiences to connect with people who are navigating homelessness, housing insecurity, or other barriers. You’ll help build a welcoming space where people feel heard, supported, and empowered. Your insight and experience will guide others as they work toward housing stability, wellness, and personal goals.

Fundraising Manager

We are looking for a Fundraising Manger with a deep understanding of relationship-based fundraising, communications, and brand promotion. You’ll be at the forefront of establishing a new function within CASS—balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution to drive impact and growth.

Manager: Foster Care and Respite Care Connects

The Manager is involved in all aspects of programming, service development and delivery, staffing, community connection, team development, and supporting best practice for Community Services. People and Culture Manager

The People and Culture Manager will report to the Director of People and Culture and be part of an 11-person P&C team. This leadership role has four direct reports, including two P&C Generalists, one P&C Specialist, and a P&C Administrator. This is a special opportunity for a knowledgeable and confident Human Resources leader who has extensive experience in employee relations and a proven ability to develop and lead a dedicated team of P&C professionals.

Interim Executive Director (15 Months)

AccessHR is excited to partner with Foothills Creative Beginnings (FCB) for the recruitment of a full-time interim Executive Director (ED) for a 15-month period. This period will include a transition overlap with the incumbent.The interim Executive Director reports to a Governance Board and leads a solid, knowledgeable team of 5 Directors.
