MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

The Maintenance Coordinator is a “hands-on” operations role that will provide care for our properties and manage ongoing facility management, maintenance needs and occasional renovation projects. We have a 5,500 sq ft multi-use office space plus multiple scattered housing units located throughout the city of Calgary.

Housing Support Worker – Strengthening Home Fires

The Housing Support worker is responsible for supporting and planning with up to a case load of 13-15 youth to assist them in maintaining the stability of their housing, addressing risk factors and building on their strengths to ensure successful community integration, over a period of time.

Housing Support Worker (Ka-pe-kiwehtahat)

Housing Support Workers walk alongside those in the community experiencing homelessness or housing instability, providing short-term (0-3 months), case management.

Dementia Support Navigator – Registered Social Worker

Alzheimer Calgary is a trusted ally, striving to increase the capacity of people with dementia, their families and formal and informal care partners by connecting them with exceptional quality, evidenced-based knowledge and services. Reporting to the Director of Programs, the Dementia Support Navigator (RSW) will provide practical and emotional support for persons impacted by dementia.

Family Resource Advisor – Bearspaw Family Programs

The Family Resource Advisor will be responsible to meet with all families requesting basic needs support, completing a brief assessment, and determining what supports and resources can be provided to the family. They will also ensure that families are connected to ongoing services as needed and at times will provide short-term coaching support to ensure families have all their needs met. We are hiring for both Mini Thni and Eden Valley.

Program Supervisor – Bearspaw Family Programs

The Program Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of all family programs offered within the community. They will provide day to day oversight of all programs to ensure that they are staffed and have the supplies they need to offer supports and services to families. We are hiring specifically for the community of Eden Valley.

Philanthropy Officer

The Philanthropy Officer plays a key role in advancing Alzheimer Calgary’s overall philanthropy strategy, working closely with a collaborative team to drive revenue, deepen relationships, and grow community engagement. This role leads the organization’s events strategy, including the development and execution of the annual Walk & Run.

Canada Connects Program Facilitator

Provides specific program delivery in the Canada Connects Program through volunteer recruitment, matching, monitoring, volunteer training, special events, special initiatives and administrative data reporting support. Promotes the Canada Connects Program in the community to recruit volunteers and increase public awareness of the program and the needs of newcomers. Known for its focus on serving newcomers and innovative, collaborative community partnerships.

Assistant Manager –Alternate Living Care

CMHA Calgary is seeking a motivated and dedicated leader who understands what it takes to support both programs and the people who deliver them. We are looking for an Assistant Manager who will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, high-quality services, and strong team performance across our programs. This position is ideal for someone who can balance leadership, coaching, and systems management while fostering a collaborative, accountable, and supportive work environment.
